Villa with sea view and large swimming pool

The newly built villa is located inside the village of Li Conchi and is only 1 km far away from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sinzias. The village Li Conchi is integrated into evergreen hills and grouped around a large swimming pool with separate children's area. The villa consists of two separate parts - a day and a night area, which are connected by a spacious, partially covered patio - equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun bed with beautiful view on the sea. The villa is designed so that it guarantees privacy and completely undisturbed moments with your family at any time. The living room and bedroom also have sea views, except for the children's room. There are large windows, that offer stunning views on the sea and coast. The modern décor and furniture is dominated by bright colors and natural materials. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and a large fridge. Villa Li Conchi offers accommodation for a total of 6 people - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom with a double bed is located on the lower floor and it's accessible by stairs from the upper terrace or directly from the garden. The house has an area of ​​private greenery in in which is located an outdoor shower. All the rooms (including the living room) are equipped with air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire area and can use all the facilities offered by the Li Conchi residence - including swimming pool, use of sun-bed and umbrellas by the pool, car parking. For a fee we can provide delivery of fresh bread to the house every morning, cleaning every day or as needed, laundering of bed linen and towels, purchase of basic food, etc.
