Villa TIKALI, located in a quiet residential area of Bouillante, was renovated in 2022. For your comfort, work has been carried out: deck around the swimming pool completely redone, furniture, crockery as well as bed linen and towels are all new and of high quality. Classified as 4-star tourist accommodation by Atout France, it will offer you luxury and comfort thanks to its equipment and outdoor facilities. Villa TIKALI offers a breathtaking 180° view from its large terrace of 60 m2, without vis-à-vis, on the mountains and the Caribbean Sea with the pigeon islands of the famous Cousteau Reserve, National Park Reserve from Guadeloupe. You can enjoy a pretty garden with trees as soon as you arrive and all around the villa: traveler's tree, alpinia, heliconia, royal palm, yellow alamanda, cycads, bougainvillea and many other pretty plants. It has an exceptional stay in store for you! You will be 5 minutes by car from the beach, where you can discover by scuba diving or snorkeling the superb seabed with the turtles that are never far away! You enter the villa by first entering the beautifully decorated living room. You continue and then arrive in the fully equipped kitchen with a very pleasant central island. Large bay windows that you can open will allow you to enjoy a beautiful large terrace with a table that can accommodate 10 people as well as a small lounge for aperitifs while enjoying the magnificent sunsets. On the sleeping side, villa TIKALI has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms of 27m2 with 160 beds each with a dressing room and 2 smaller air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing rooms, they also have 2 single lilies which can be installed as a 160 bed on request. Finally, a bed of 160 is installed in the mezzanine with a fan. You will have 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet, one with a single sink and the second with a double sink. From the terrace, you will access by a staircase to the swimming pool area. A large deck surrounds it and you can sit in the sun or in the shade on deckchairs while looking at the sea, with a barbecue area next to it with a Weber charcoal barbecue. Villa Tikali is located in the town of Bouillante, place of the famous Cousteau reserve, but also a reserve of the National Park of Guadeloupe. The site is exceptional for enjoying scuba diving or simply discovering the seabed with mask and snorkel fins! The location is ideal for visiting Guadeloupe. You are about 40 minutes from Grande Terre, 40 minutes from Deshaies and 40 minutes from Basse-Terre. Malendure beach is accessible on foot or by car; it is part of the Cousteau reserve. Many aquatic activities are available in Malendure. Turtles are visible a few fathoms from the beach. All amenities are 5 minutes by car from the house (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas station...) but also restaurants and many water activities: beach, kayaking, diving, cetacean outings, glass bottom boat. You can also refresh yourself at the river in the middle of the tropical forest in 10 minutes on foot! A 10% discount will be offered on the second week for a stay of 14 nights.
