A spacious Villa (140m²) with private 40m² swimming pool at the foot of Mont Ventoux awaits you in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Baronnies Provençales. Very pleasant views of Mont Ventoux, the Medieval village will allow you to have meals and lunch in peace either in the veranda or on one of the terraces. The interior is friendly, with a rustic and warm decoration where you feel particularly good! On the ground floor with an area of 120m², you will discover on the right a living room and a dining room, opening onto an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven) and a veranda with a view of the small wood, the river and the swimming pool. On the left, at the end of the corridor, two bedrooms; one with two single beds, the other with a double bed, toilet and bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, a bathroom - wc and a veranda. The exterior consists of several terraces (50m², 20m²), one of which is juxtaposed with the swimming pool. The land is fenced on the road side and overlooks a small wood of 6000 m² on the other side. Deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue are available. **The four-legged friends (if they are clean) will happily take advantage of the large garden (be careful not completely enclosed) and you will enjoy beautiful starry evenings around the barbecue. The surroundings offer beautiful discoveries, Drôme side or Vaucluse side; Vaison la romaine (12 km) and its marvelous archaeological sites, Nyons (20 km), capital of the olive and lime tree or even Buis les Baronnies (10km)…. the Provençal steps, the water park of Nyonsoleiado, the Museum of the olive tree, the truffle, the Garden of Aromas but also tree climbing, climbing, hiking, cycling many festivals and the Gulf.
