Independent house with characteristic trussed ceiling, located behind Palazzo Sipari.  It is accessed from the road via Valle del Fiume with a stone staircase of 10 steps; from the entrance a wooden staircase of 15 steps leads to the apartment, consisting of living room with fireplace, large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower.  The living room leads to the mezzanine (second bedroom), made light and airy by a velux window. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 5 people. (two double or twin beds and sofa bed in the living room)
