This place is new, and was built in 2023 so everything is fresh and modern! There is a maximum of 6 guests which includes infants and children. 3. As noted, this is a the upstairs unit of a duplex with 1 secure parking spot in a shared 2-car garage. This is the only shared space and everything is very private and quiet with separate entrances. 4.
