St.Terezie - Baroque Residence

Our 2+kk apartment (45m2) for 2 people + 1 child up to 6 years old, furnished in Baroque style, is located in close proximity to the historic center, just a few minutes from the Vltava River, Prague Castle, Petřín Lookout Tower, and Petřín Gardens. The apartment offers: ■ A living area, which is also a bedroom, with a double bed (160x200cm) for 2 people and 1 child up to 6 years old (the child sleeps in the bed with the parents), a small table and 2 armchairs, 2 chests of drawers for clothes, a TV, and a radio. ■ A relaxation area with a sofa and a table. ■ A kitchenette equipped with a kitchen unit with basic utensils, an oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven for heating food, refrigerator, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine (coffee charged at €1/capsule, guests leave money for coffee on the kitchen table). ■ Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, towels, toiletries, bed linen, dishcloth, dishwashing detergent. ■ Spacious hallway with wardrobe. ■ Free in the apartment: WIFI internet, bed linen, towels, dishcloth, toiletries (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap), dishwashing detergent, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. ■ For a fee: Coffee from the coffee machine 1 EUR/1 capsule, guests leave money for coffee on the kitchen table. ■ A cleaning fee is added to the price of accommodation, which is 60 EUR for stays up to 14 days and 120 EUR for stays longer than 14 days. The nearest tram stop is 600 m away, the bus stop is 600 m away, and the Anděl metro station is a 6-minute tram or bus ride away. The neighborhood is very quiet, and right next to the apartment is the Palata park, perfect for pleasant walks. You will sleep peacefully here at night. Smíchov is a very sought-after location, and the center of Prague – Wenceslas Square – is 15 minutes away by tram no. 9 from the Klamovka station (600 m from the apartment). The nearest metro station, Anděl, is 6 minutes away by tram no. 9, 10, or 16 from the Klamovka stop (600 m from the apartment). It is a 20-minute drive from Václav Havel Airport.
