Weeden Cottage is in the heart of the Historic District of Old St. Augustine known as Lincolnville. Walk to everything in downtown St. Augustine - historic sites, fantastic restaurants, museums, Flagler College, art galleries, shopping and more. Our cottage is custom designed and modern with 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. It's outfitted with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You are within easy walking distance to historic downtown St. Augustine and a fifteen minute drive to St Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach, the St. Augustine Amphitheater and Farmers Market. The St. Augustine Distillery and the farm to table restaurant The Ice Plant are only a half block away. Preserved Restaurant is a block from the Cottage, housed in the beautifully restored historic Victorian Jefferson House. The Blue Hen Cafe for breakfast or lunch is a 10 minute walk, in the heart of historic Lincolnville. You can park your car in the driveway and leave it. There’s even a Trolley stop 2 minutes away! There are plenty of PGA golf courses within a half hour drive such as TPC Sawgrass, home of The Players Championship in Ponte Vedra and the 2 championship golf courses at World Golf Village here in St. Augustine. Weeden Cottage is small but mighty! At 960 square feet, it has all you need: one bedroom with king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, a jack-&-jill bathroom, another powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen... although the restaurants are so good you'll be sure to go out to eat! We have bikes, beach chairs and a grill. There is a cozy porch to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Oldest City in the United States. --------- Stay longer!
