A comfy ski house with an excellent view of Loon Mountain. Tons of great amenities including pools, hot tubs, gym, free shuttle service to the mountain. The space Our house is equipped with air conditioning via a 3 ton Daikin mini split system that provides both heating and ac which is great during the hot summer days. We have great views of the mountain. There is also a stream running down next to the house. We have updated blinds throughout the house and coat hooks in every room so you can hang up towels etc. We are a short walk to the pool and fitness center. The fireplace provides amazing heat and atmosphere during the cold winter months. Cleaning Practices: • Cleaning people that show no sign of illness are allowed to enter into our home. • All cleaning people wear personal protective equipment (i.e. face mask and gloves). • Utilize chemicals recommended and approved by both the EPA & CDC. In addition to the regular cleaning products, cleaning people have purchased institutional Clorox wipes and Ecolab spray sanitizing solution. These will be used to sanitize door knobs, light switches, railings, remote controls and thermostats after each guest • All linens that been previously used are cleaned and dried (including towels, wash clothes, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, and misc blankets not in a duvet cover) Guest access The following areas of the house are included with each rental. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living, and entry way. Other things to note Front entrance outdoor camera equipped. The house is a multi-level unit with 4 levels. Master bedroom and bathroom are in the basement. Second bedroom is on the ground level with the main bathroom. Living room and kitchen are a half flight of stairs up and then the loft is an open room with tons of sleeping options. We also have 3 ton Daikin mini split system to help cool and heat the house. There is one 18k btu unit in the main area above the dining table, one 9k btu unit in the front bedroom, and one 9k btu unit in the master bedroom.
