About: The 4* Seaview Luxury Apartment „Lucy“ with terrace is situated on Čiovo Island, in a peaceful residential area just 10-minutes away from the historic Old Town Trogir. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family home. The luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with amazing seaview is the perfect holiday choice for couples, families or groups of friends in a search of a private escape away. It's been furnished to the highest standards and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The space Hall: When you enter the apartment, you can see a long and spacious hall; it is equipped with a big wardrobe where you can find some board games to play (puzzles, Activity, Taboo, Jenga). In the hall, you can find a guest toilet. Kitchen: After the hall, you can see the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need to use: electric stove, sink, cupboards, fridge & freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nescafe Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and a table connected with cooking area. While you are waiting for you meal to be made, you can rest & enjoy on small balcony right next to it, looking over the sea. Living room: The spacious living room, that is just next to kitchen, is equppied with Smart TV (1.8 inch), satellite, wireless internet access, cosy and comfortable sofas and armchairs and big beautiful terrace where you can sit and read a book or just enjoy the beautiful summer nights. Bedrooms: There are accessable stairs that lead to 3 luxurious, spacious and comfortable bedrooms: Sun, Sea & Sand Bedroom. Every bedrooms is equipped with two naighstands, AC, wardrobe (with bed linens and towels) Sun Bedroom (en suite)-has King size bed (1,80 x 2) and its own balcony; also it has modern bathroom equipped with a shower, two wash basins, toilet and shelves. Sea Bedroom-has King size bed (1,80 x 2) and its own balcony. Sand Bedroom- has King size bed (1,80 x 2). The second bathroom is shared by Sea and Sand bedroom. It is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside: The apartment consists of a beautiful garden and a spacious parking space that is avaliable to our guests. Around the corner (behind the house) there is a beuatiful vintage summer kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a meditarenian style of enjoyment: old-stone sink, big wooden desk and benches, grill area (white-stone fireplace), gas-stove and wooden cupboards quipped with utensils, plates, pots, etc. Also, under the outside sink, there is a washing machine that our guests can use. Play Area For Kids: For our youngest guests, there is a playing area for them (just next to the summer kitchen), it is equipped with a playhouse, table, puzzles, inflatable mini pool, toys and so on. If our guests want to fully enjoy their summer holidays, there is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) avaliable for usage. It is free of charge. Other things to note In the close area of the apartment you will find many cafes, restaurants and shops – everything you need during your stay. The closest shop is only 2min away and a restaurant „Mediteraneo“. The local beach is a 2-minute walk away, where you can sunbathe and swim or have a cup of coffee in the shade. On your way back to the apartment, take a note that you have a small uphill coming back to the apartment. From the old town Trogir, you can easily visit the famous National Park Krka (1 hour drive) or Plitvice Lakes (3 hours drive). What is more, you can go on a boat trip and visit the Blue Cave or the islands of Hvar, Brač, Vis or Šolta.
