Relax with whole family at this peaceful water front home, which is located at prime location for kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and touring. A sun room is directly over looking the water and bay. Long Beach Island's beach is only 15 minutes away. To Atlantic City is about 35 minutes. There are Nice restaurants, shops in the adjacent Tuckerton and Long beach. AMENITIES: Central cooling/heating system ensures a comfortable stay. A Smart TV with Netflix and streaming services through our Wi-Fi network. A large dining table and a big leather sofa provide comfortable seating for relaxation. BEDS & BATHS: All three spacious bedrooms have good size build in closet. Two of the rooms are equipped with a high-quality queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a pull out extra twin. There are also two full-size futons. One is located in sunroom, which has a French door that can be closed for the night. Another futon is in the living room. Two full bathrooms have good size counter tops and showers. One bathroom is close to three bedrooms, and shared by all guests. A second full bath is in the other side of the house, next to the kitchen. Washer & dryer with supplies are available. PARKING: 4 spots available in the driveway. Along with street park spaces if you have more cars or boat trailer in the trip. WATERFRONT WORKSPACE: Fast internet connections ensure smooth online meetings, video calls, gaming, and services through our Wi-Fi network. Comfortable chairs offer an optimal workspace for remote work, enhancing productivity in a work setting. At the same time, you can lift your head to admire the picturesque scenery of the four seasons outside the window. CHEF'S KITCHEN: Channel your inner chef in the bright and airy designer kitchen. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is ready for a fabulous feast, with everything at your fingertips: a French Door Refrigerator/freezer with filter water and ice maker, powerful range, full-service oven, super quiet dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. It also comes stocked with silverware, bowls, plates, cups and glasses, pots, pans, instant pot, and all the cooking utensils and dining essentials you'll need. For your convenience, we provide salt, sugar, pepper, oil, etc. Plus, enjoy spacious countertops and for ample prep space. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property and yard. We kindly ask that you maintain a respectful distance from our neighbor's property/empty lots and refrain from getting too close. Security Camera Cameras outside of house keep the property safe, no any other camera inside the house. Guests will have 100% privacy. Noise QUIET HOURS: 11 PM - 6 AM (strictly enforced) We cherish this peaceful neighborhoods and hold our lovely neighbors in high regard. We kindly request that quiet hours be observed. thanks for keeping the noise level to a minimum after 11 PM. Parties Parties are limited and restricted.
