La Cuadra Rural is a farm located in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Villanueva del Trabuco, near the Fuente de los 100 caños. Access is easy, with paved road until the last 100 m of compact lane suitable for all types of vehicles. The environment is well cared for, there are trails that can be walked, biked or horse. Nearby there is the Pindongos adventure park, motocross tracks or the Jupana aerodrome. The olive farm that surrounds the rural house is about 7000m2 and is fully fenced, with independent access. Privacy is guaranteed as well as tranquility. A salt pool with panoramic views of the valley and the mountains, allows you to enjoy the outdoors, and allows total tranquility for the little ones since it is completely fenced. The exterior is completed by a large solarium area with sun loungers, a chillout and relaxation area, the barbecue area with a wide bar, sink, high bar and stools and a dining area with a large and spacious table for many diners. For the summer of 2020, it is planned to install a play area for children and an area with a ping-pong table, darts, etc. for the elderly. The bathrooms are all complete with shower. One of them is adapted for the disabled. The bedrooms have large beds of 150x190 and 200x200. The fourth cabin, created for children, is ideal for the little ones to enjoy the house to the fullest. Each of the bedrooms has a radiator for heating in winter and a ceiling fan for summer. Wifi available at no extra charge inside and outside the house. Our rural house is located in a privileged environment with views of the entire Sierra de Gibalto valley and the 100-year-old fountain.
