Casa Pouso das Fadas is a private property and is not in a condominium. Our house has an adult and children's pool, with a beach and waterfall, we have four large suites, a terrace on the ground floor and on the upper floor, hotel standard bed and bath linen. High speed Wi-Fi. Cable TVs in all suites and in the living room. Spacious dining and living room connecting to the balcony and pool. Maid services and kitchen staff with Chef are included in the daily rate. We do your shopping too. We have 450 square meters of area and 290 square meters of built area. Large, ventilated and well-lit house. We have more than 50 species of plants in our garden. We have bath towels, beach/pool towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. Electric shower and air conditioning in all rooms. On the deck next to the pool we have a barbecue complete with skewers, grills, barbecue instruments, refrigerator and freezer for drinks, and utensils to enjoy the outdoor area of the house. Fun is guaranteed. For those who want tranquility, the street is super quiet, we have a part of the garden with a fountain and a place for meditation. We have all the necessary equipment for the kitchen such as: capsule coffee machine (Santa Clara), popcorn maker, rice cooker, air fryer, five-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, icebox. And we also have a washing machine that guests can use. For those traveling with a baby, we provide a crib up to 30kg and a highchair. Our Housekeeping, Chef, Cook and Kitchen Assistant employees work daily from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Coffee is usually served at 8:00 am. When making the reservation, we will send a suggested menu prepared by the Chef and the guest will choose between the various options for coffee, lunch, dinner and desserts. We also specialize in vegetarian dishes. I would like to inform you that the house can accommodate a maximum of 10 (ten) adults and between adults and children, only 13 (thirteen) people. Children up to 3 years old do not count. We have a crib. We consider children under 12 years of age. The flow in the house cannot exceed the number above either. I also reinforce that the house is monitored through a security center, external cameras and facial recognition and if there are more people than agreed upon in the reservation, the guest will incur a fine (15% of the reservation value per additional person) and the security sector will be authorized to remove excess people from the house. This fine applies to overnight stays and passers-by. We can do the grocery shopping. After choosing the dishes, the chef draws up a shopping list, using the technical sheets for each dish, so that the ingredients can be purchased (at the guest's cost). If the guest wants us to make purchases, we offer this service for a fee. If the service is contracted, we are responsible for making purchases, sanitizing, portioning whatever is necessary, washing all fruits, vegetables, sanitizing beverage cans and organizing everything in the appropriate storage locations. The refund of the value of purchases must be made after presentation of tax coupons and receipts by the Chef de Cozinha. We are 400 meters from the beach. Only about 8 (eight) minutes of walking. The street is very quiet and safe.
