Unit has 2 full/queen beds, 55 inch smart TV, kitchenette, balcony with a view of Antipolo and sorrounding areas. Whether you’re in Cubao for a concert, sports or retail therapy, unit is walking distance to Smart Araneta Coliseum (The Big Dome), New Frontier Theater and Gateway Mall. Maximum 4 guests alowed. Checkin 3PM, Checkout 11AM (Philippine time). Assisted checkin (our staff will assist you on checkin process). ID required by property management for verification and authorization to enter building. Please book at least 2 days advance notice. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties. Quiet time from 10PM to 8AM. For the safety of our guests, smoke alarms are installed. Not a good fit for infants under 2 years old and children between 2 to 12 years old. No dedicated parking spot but paid parking by guest on premises. Kitchenette for light cooking only. Study table provided for work-from-home set up.
