The Villa degli Ulivi is a delightful and intimate country house with swimming pool 10 km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Coast, 45 minutes from the Monti Sibillini National Park and 3 km from the historic center of Fermo, a town rich in history, art and culture. The Villa degli Ulivi has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 14 people. The garden, completely recited, is dotted with beautiful old olive trees, rose bushes, hedges and borders of fragrant jasmine, laurel and aromatic herbs. The solarium of the swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, shower and ... privacy.
