Guest access: Entire home access. Other things to note: **IMPORTANT** The home is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC or NOISE. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. • AIR CONDITIONING is not included -- you likely won't miss it! Most of La Jolla homes do not have AC as the coast provides a moderate (~65-75F) temperatures year round and there is a natural cool breeze from the hill that flows through the home. • GUEST COUNT: Only guests allowed on property are those on the reservation unless authorized by host. • PARKING: There is a driveway for up to 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. • TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly suggest purchasing insurance or ensuring your credit card will cover unexpected situations (e.g. delays, injury, etc.) -- to be fair to all guests, we adhere to our cancellation policy. • PETS are allowed! Please include this information in your message before/during booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds and when left unattended must be properly crated or confined. Any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility.
