La CasEtta is located on the first and last floor of a small building with only 2 apartments, it is entirely covered by fast Wi-Fi. It has been furnished to accommodate up to 3 comfortable people. Every space in the apartment is for your exclusive use. On request, included in the price, we can provide a cot of standard sizes. ■ Bedroom you will find a double bed measuring 160x190 cm with headboard, hypoallergenic anti-mite mattress 20cm high, we provide 2 pillows per person. In the room you will also find a 28" LG SMART TV with Netflix Premium and Disney+, 2 bedside tables, a large 6-door wardrobe and a make-up table with a folding mirror which can also be functional as a small desk if necessary. The double-glazed window is also equipped with blackout curtains to facilitate a good rest even during the day. ■ Living room/sitting room it has a sofa bed with a 140x180 cm mattress, 10cm high, hypoallergenic and anti-mite, you can relax with the LG 4K UHD 43" SMART TV with Netflix Premium and Disney+ to which a mini PC with Windows 10 Pro is connected which you can use for your entire stay , a SONY PS4 PRO with 4 controllers is also connected to the 43" TV and you can have fun alone or with your travel companions. ■ Cooking It has a 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, water kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, Moka, cappuccino maker, set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery and all utensils useful for cooking. ■ Bathroom it has a tub that can also be used as a shower, we provide you with liquid soap, shampoo and hairdryer and a set of towels, 3 per person, of different sizes. ■ Laundry It has a recently purchased washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, a sink with cleaning products underneath and a mirror with a first aid kit inside and an iron. You will also find a charcoal barbecue that you can use on the terrace. ■ Terrace it has a small table with 2 chairs where you can relax whenever you want, it is also the only space in the apartment where smoking is allowed. Access for guests Each area of the apartment described is for your exclusive use. ■ Self-check-in will allow you to arrive at any time after 2pm in complete autonomy. ■ If you need to anticipate check-in or postpone check-out, send a message well in advance, we will help you if possible. In any case, don't ask at the last minute, this would put us in difficulty. Thanks for your valuable collaboration. Other things to keep in mind ■ We remind you that smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment, smoke detectors with alarm are active. The only space where it is possible to do this is outdoors on the terrace where we provide you with an ashtray. ■ Separate waste collection is active in the city of Jesi, in the laundry we provide well-marked bins with easy instructions necessary for correct management.
