Cozy two bedroom vacation rental in Jackson Heights

We have a renovated,full furnished brick unit with separate entry from the back and a reserved ,free parking spot at the door of the unit for our guests with car. It's a private cozy apartment with two bedrooms,a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and 1.5 bathrooms.Smart tv, Netflix and free high speed personal WiFi provided. It's in a very upbeat and family friendly neighborhood . My place is good for couples and families with kids over 4 years old. We do not have any facilities for infants or toddlers.The apartment has a nice combination of privacy, comfort, and access. Free off street reserved parking right at the unit door enables you to get in the house & get comfy and in no time you will be exploring NY in no time. My place is 15 mins away by car/taxi from LaGuardia airport and there are free shuttle buses all day long from LaGuardia airport to 74th St Roosevelt Ave subway & bus stop. Our house is 8-10 mins walking distance from the subway station. E or F train will take you to midtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. Laundromat, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy even hospital is in walking distance from our house. Same day booking is not acceptable. At least 3 day advance notice required for any length of stay. Please note that 5% utility charge will be added to the total amount for the stay.
