The combination living and formal dining room area faces the east side of the building; getting nice ethereal light on sunny mornings with a partial view of Coit Tower and San Francisco Bay. There is a 40" ROKU TV, wireless internet, Bluetooth speaker radio, roll-up desk, and oscillating fan included in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make nice home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area in the kitchen and a in-unit washer & dryer laundry closet for convenience as well. The one and one-half bathrooms have marble floors and sink top with a shower over the original claw foot tub. Kindly Please Note: There is no parking available with the flat and street parking is limited. However, there are parking garages within 1.5 to 2 blocks away.
