The San Jacinto Duplex

Our apartment is a duplex, the two floors are connected by a marble staircase. The apartment is located in a common courtyard of the building, on the ground and first floor, to access the entrance there are only a few meters from the street, it is an apartment with a separate entrance. There are two double bedrooms upstairs, you have two full bathrooms, 1 of them en suite that we are renovating, another in the hallway with a bathtub and a toilet with a sink on the ground floor. On the ground floor is the living room, very comfortable, with two quality sofas where you can relax or watch a movie after the hustle and bustle of Seville. The kitchen, fully equipped and further to the right of the hallway the toilet. At the moment we are making improvements to the apartment, so these photos may differ somewhat from the final result in the decoration. The location is wonderful, getting to the Cathedral is a 20-minute walk over the Isabel II Bridge crossing the Guadalquivir, a real spectacle for the eyes. The house has history for the family, it was the fruit of love and effort. We think that this is not a typical holiday apartment, it is a house, a house, where the sofa is of an adequate size and where the silence makes it possible to rest before going to work the next day, that is why we like to respect the timing of the city, the siesta... the weekend... the night... so that the visitor will feel at home and will have his perfect refuge after an intense day in the city. Important, for a good welcome and to prepare the house as we like, we need to organize the schedule of the people who are in charge of the check in and cleaning, so it is essential that you leave us your approximate arrival time at the apartment (where you come from and the mode of transport helps us to know more about delays and times), always remember that it is mandatory to comply with the community rules and respect the rest of the people who live in the same building.
