The "Residenza Sabbia D'Oro" holiday home is located 300 meters from the central Piazza Mazzini, the heart of the seaside city of Jesolo, overlooking the famous Via Bafile and has direct access to the sea through the "Lungomare Andrea Bocelli" promenade. This is an apartment with large interiors, which can comfortably accommodate eight people, and is located on the sea side of a condominium complex facing the sea. On the second floor, it is structured in a large living room well lit by natural light through a fully glazed wall which opens onto a comfortable terrace where you can comfortably dine outdoors. There is a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and including all accessories of daily use, such as plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, cups, bowls, tablecloths,... Separate the living area is a small corridor, which leads to the sleeping area: two bedrooms with a double bed and a third bed added for each of these two rooms, then a bedroom with a bunk bed, and, finally, a large bathroom with a window , comfortable shower and useful shelves; to complete there is also a small washing machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. We supply pillows, blankets, pillow covers, mattress covers, bedspreads; however, bed linen and towels are provided only on request. At least one beach place on the public beach (with two sunbeds and an umbrella) will be available to guests (and included in the price of the weekly stay rates), as the overall number of all beach places on the public beach has been reduced. Available to guests and included in the weekly price of the apartment, a parking space which, depending on the condominium shifts, may be either under the condominium itself or at the nearby Aquileia Park. The location and comforts of the "Residenza Sabbia D'Oro" holiday home make it not only a holiday home for the summer season, but also a welcoming accommodation for winter stays since, being equipped with a heating system, it is available for all those who they want to experience our beautiful city in periods other than the summer ones. The prices of the stays include a weekly cleaning service of the apartment, a parking space, beach space (unless otherwise organized by the management consortia of the beach) and all consumption (electricity, water, gas, heating).
