Fully modernized apartment for personal time out: Studio Brenden south side. Beautifully furnished studio/apartment (completely modernized, completion in 11/2022), sunny south-facing terrace with a view of an open meadow with a tree, associated parking space. Bright bathroom, new kitchen with induction cooker, extractor hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, brand new washing machine and dryer in the basement (plus separate laundry drying room with clothesline). WiFi and Alexa included (Alexa can be removed if desired). The apartment was completely modernized in 2022. Modern, functional furnishings, real leather sofa bed (2 more beds, for reasons of space it can only be used as a makeshift solution), wardrobe, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, kitchen fully equipped, initial set of bed linen, towels and bathroom carpet available. Our Studio Brenden Südseite is the ideal destination in the Black Forest to do something good for body and soul. Direct connection to leisure, sports and culture: A great cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the terrace, wonderful hiking trails with and without fitness trails are within walking distance, winding roads with wonderful landscapes are a lot of fun with and without a motor on two wheels and also comfortably in the car. Studio Brenden Südseite is a selected resting place within a small community that is often used as a holiday destination. Replenish your energy reserves in wonderful nature with a variety of fantastic hiking tours and walks, various fitness courses in the surrounding forests or fantastic bike tours. Motorcyclists are of course also very welcome. Treat yourself to sunbathing on your own terrace, in summer the nearby Schluchsee and Titisee invite you to take a refreshing dip and then relax on the sunny meadow. In winter: Alpine (e.g. Feldberg) or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing through fairytale landscapes and forests, various wellness farms invite you to beauty and wellness treatments, there are numerous saunas and indoor pools in the area. If the incredibly beautiful nature and the time with yourself seems too quiet or too intense for you, scatter yourself e.g. in international cities such as Zurich, Basel and Constance for exciting days and evenings filled with cultural experiences. A trip to Freiburg is also worthwhile and invites you to spoil yourself with culinary delights, bars, theater or music. Shopping: Supermarkets and specialist shops, e.g. in Häusern (approx. 12 minutes' drive), for strolling in the district town of Waldshut Tiengen, you drive approx. 15 minutes.
