In the spacious living room, a comfortable seating area with smart TV, a large dining table with 6 chairs, an open fitted kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, a fireplace and some games offer the opportunity for relaxing and sociable hours. The south-facing balcony with access from the living room invites you to eat and sunbathe with its comfortable furniture and can be shaded with an existing awning if required. Also from the living room, a staircase leads to the attic with gallery, where there is a play/work table with 4 chairs, a small library and another smart TV area with a pull-out double sofa bed. Sleeping options include 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 children's room with a bunk bed and the pull-out double sofa bed in the attic.
